Land ownership is humanity’s longest-running business trick.

After years in real estate saving, stressing, hustling, and finally buying land ..  I caught myself asking … Who on earth sold land in the first place? That’s when it hit me….land was once FREE. Yet today, it’s the most legalized scam, wrapped neatly by governments and banking systems, and passed off as wealth creation. The greatest Ponzi scheme mankind willingly participates in.

And yes, I’ve bought into it too for security, for legacy, for peace of mind. But if you pause for a moment, doesn’t it feel absurd? We work our entire lives to afford a piece of earth that was always here. Free. Untouched. Belonging to everyone.


Still, the game won’t change anytime soon. So maybe the best we can do is laugh at the irony, keep playing it smarter, and remind ourselves to sleep early… because late-night thoughts like these can really make you question the system.

As a realtor, my honest take is simple: selling land is the cleverest trick humanity never recognized.
