Look at that excitement!!

If you’ve ever lived the life of a real estate agent, you already know: *Closure Day* isn’t just a day—it’s an *emotional rollercoaster* with a cherry on top. After surviving what feels like 10,000 questions, a few heated debates, some downright absurd requests, and enough back-and-forth to qualify as a full-blown hostage negotiation—you finally reach that magical moment: the signing of the agreement.

And just like that...  

The relief hits. The silence is golden. And the emotions? Sometimes, tears. (Don’t lie, you’ve been there too.)  

But then comes the best part the brokerage hits your account. *That feeling!* You walk out the door with your chest high, your face lit up like Times Square, already planning your extravagant life like you’ve just merged Elon Musk and Bill Gates into your alter ego.  

Prince of Saudi Arabia vibes? Don’t judge me (haha).

This may be my blog and my story, but I know I’m not alone in this.  

Truth is, that’s exactly how I used to feel... until the universe threw a few wild curveballs in the form of deals that went south faster than a TikTok trend. Now? It’s more like a “stone-cold Steve Austin” vibe—calm on the outside, always ready to *spear* someone into the living room just to close (just kidding…or maybe not lol).

But let’s rewind a bit…

I’ll never forget that “first big transaction” a shiny 6-figure cheque in hand.  

And what did a wide-eyed 19-year-old do?

- Booked a sports bike

- Bought fancy clothes

- Had the most epic time imaginable 

Because let's be real “you’ve earned every bit of it”. And if you're an up-and-coming agent reading this, remember: the hard work pays off, and when it does, it’s okay to celebrate *Young, Wild & Free* style ( music ).

So here’s to deal days, road bumps, stone-cold resilience, and the euphoric rush of successthis episode marks just one of many in the wild, unpredictable, and incredible life of a real estate agent.

Champagne ready. Paperwork signed. Emotions complicated. But we keep moving forward.
